Sarah of Leafy Couture says: One of the many joys of being a wedding florist is the changing season keep provides you with constant inspiration. June to me will always signify peonies, the heady scent, the delicate unfolding layers of the petals. I get so excited when the first ones are available. Here white peonies have been tied together with Lily of the Valley, the tiny delicate bells that have such a special short season, We have brides who have chosen their wedding date based on the availability of this delicate pairing.

I added delicate white freesia too, my favourite scent. I had a huge vase of freesia in the room when I was getting ready on my own wedding day, the smell of them takes me back to the nervous excitement I felt that morning. I have also added rosemary, a lovely summer herb to use in bouquets as it not only adds more scent but signifies remembrance. It is so important to have scent in your bouquet as when you smell that same scent in the future the memories will come flooding back.

The style of this bouquet is classic, elegant and would suit all kinds of dresses, it would work especially well with a lace embellished dress as it is very romantic.
