Sassy at Assassynation, one of my wonderfully talented Featured Suppliers, sent me this mud slinging fun fest of a Trash the Dress photoshoot. Doesn’t this couple rock?

Sassy explains the theory behind her art: I shot Tom and Jess’s amazing 60’s wedding in August this year after they won my free wedding photography competition.

Before the wedding when we were discussing the details Jess asked me about doing a Trash the Dress shoot and of course I jumped at the opportunity!

.
.
Jess’s idea was to have a camping themed shoot as Tom and Jess both love camping and the great outdoors.

Well the season wore on and we couldn’t get together so we finally managed to do the shoot on a cold November day. Brr!

The shoot took place in the Peak District in an area called the Roaches. On the day luck was on our side and the sun shone….which made for fantastic photographs.
.
It started off quite sensibly and ended up in a full on freezing mud fight!
