Whoever said being a wedding blogger would be easier than being a lawyer was lying! Lying I tell you! I can’t remember the last time I had a lie in, a day off or an early night… but I love it! So the show goes on!

This weekend is one of my busiest yet, with Brides Up North on tour in the North East at no less than three wedding fairs this weekend. Drop in and say hello at the Brides Up North stand at one of these fabulous events and bend my ear on all things wedding. I’m brimming with ideas and whilst I won’t say that I’ve seen it all – I’ve seen a whole lot!

First up, this Saturday will see me sharing the love and my time between the quirky As You Like It Wedding Fair and the ever chic Weddings In The City event at The New Northumbria Hotel. Both venues are in the Jesmond area and a stone throw from each other so why not do as I do and pop along to both?

No rest for the wicked on Sunday either, as I’ll be at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead between 12pm and 4pm for The Great North Wedding Show. This is a big one so make sure to save some energy. You’ll have earned that Sunday Roast!
