This afternoon’s post is a bit of a show off. In the nicest possible way.

Today, I get to showcase the work of not one, but many fabulous Northern suppliers with this beautiful bridal fashion shoot sent to me by Featured Supplier Richard Wynn Davies and Nicky Chadwick Photography. As well as showing off the skills of these two fine Yorkshire wedding photographers, we also get to lust after the gorgeous gowns of UK wedding dress designer Eliza Wyke Couture and the beautiful grounds of The Coniston Hotel in the Yorkshire Dales.

Nicky says: This shoot was conceived to showcase Eliza Wyke Couture’s amazing dress designs. After lots of discussions with Elizabeth from Eliza Wyke it was decided that with quite a few different dresses to shoot we needed a stunning venue to show them off as well as the help of a great team of people. The very talented Richard Wynn-Davies and his gorgeous better half Caroline agreed to come on board to help with the shooting and suggested we use the very lovely Coniston Hotel with it’s gorgeous hall and lake. Fortunately the hotel agreed and their team were very helpful throughout the day enabling us to get some fantastic shots.

Richard says: Caroline and I shot our first two Coniston weddings last month and really loved the place. From the quaint little village church to the impressive lake, beautiful old hall and fine formal gardens. Many of the wedding drinks receptions are held in the hall and the family that own it are very hands on. Mrs Bannister helps serve the drinks and is so lovely. We decided it was the perfect location for an inspiration shoot to support the venue with imagery and showcase some of Elizabeth’s dresses and we decided to combine the classic, refined country look with a fashion twist.
