Upper Secret Roses

Sarah says: September’s hand tied bouquet gives a little nod to the changing season with the use of Upper Secret Roses. The two tone rose reminds me of the time in September when all the leaves start to change and you know Autumn is coming.

Upper Secret are a gorgeous rose – really strong and would compliment many colour schemes. We teamed them here with Snowberry and Astrantia to add a bit of texture. Autumn is full of berries and so Snowberry seemed appropriate.

The Astrantia is so pretty and delicate, it too has a two tone effect with its delicate paper like petals.
.
We finished the bouquet with two ribbons, the stems can be bound in many ways. We are enjoying experimenting with different effects at the moment. It is a lovely way to bring your colour scheme in to the flowers or to highlight a colour that you may be wearing.
.
This colour scheme would work with a number of bridesmaids dress colours, ivory would look great but also a delicate blush or dark maroon or raspberry.
