I recently came across the designs of the beautiful Betsy Button, a small card and gift company from Bury, and was blown away by their use of pretty surface pattern and decoration. After snagging a few pieces for myself (check out the pretty button bracelet currently dangling from my left wrist – thank you Betsy!), I thought it would be absolutely criminal not to share Betsy’s beauties with you lovely lot. So, this weekend on the wedding blog, I am proud to share the new wedding collection from this talented North West designer.

Betsy – or rather, Gemma, the talent behind the Betsy Button brand says: Betsy Button was set up less than a year ago. After completing a degree in Embroidery at MMU, I began creating wedding invitations and gifts for family and friends whilst at the same time working as a commercial print designer for almost ten years. This sideline has gradually developed and finally led to the creation of Betsy Button, which has got to be the most perfect job ever!

I am passionate about all things embellished and love designing, making and decorating a collection of cards, wedding stationery, frames, gifts and other household accessories in my studio in Bury.

Everything I design and make is bespoke and colour and buttons can be altered to fit each clients style/ taste. I have also collected a huge selection of candelabras, birdcages and vases which I decorate with pearls, lace and net and a gorgeous candy bar – all of which I hire our to give a wedding or party venue a beautiful Betsy touch!
