Hi, I’m Emily – the face behind Shot With Grace, wedding photographer, professional third wheel, and proud believer that the best wedding photos happen when you’re too busy enjoying your day to notice the camera.
I specialise in relaxed, candid wedding photography for couples who want to spend their wedding celebrating with the people they love, rather than standing in endless photo lines. My approach is documentary-led, capturing real moments as they happen – the happy tears, belly laughs, questionable dance moves, and all the little in-between moments that often become the most treasured memories.
What makes Shot With Grace different is the experience I create. I know that being in front of a camera can feel daunting, so I focus on helping couples feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely themselves. Many couples tell me they normally hate having their photo taken, yet leave their wedding saying it felt like having a friend there with a camera.
As an autistic photographer, I see my attention to detail as a superpower. I’m constantly noticing the small moments others miss – a proud glance from a parent, a squeeze of the hand, a burst of laughter across the room – and preserving them forever.
Based in Lincolnshire but travelling across the UK and beyond, my goal is simple: to tell the story of your wedding honestly, beautifully, and in a way that feels completely like you.
