Nicole and Manny were married on 22 August 2010 at City Hall in Toronto, Canada. I think that the intimate, chic style of their Real Wedding is breathtaking. Set against the moody weather of Montreal, Nicole and Manny’s photographs prove that every rain cloud has a silver lining. Simply stunning!
Nicole says: “We originally had a wedding planned for the summer of 2011 in Greece, as this is where we were engaged, but the planning and size of the wedding there was getting too big for us to handle and caused us a lot of stress. Our wedding was simple, relaxed and so special to us! “

“My dress was “Chica” by LK Bennett. It was a perfect fit and didn’t need any alterations! I got it on a trip to London in May. My Mum came and they gave us champagne, and my Step-Dad came by and took pictures of us trying dresses on!”

“I chose a simple bouquet with cream roses and greenery”
“After officially tying the knot at city hall in Toronto, we hopped on the train to Montreal – La Belle Province! We had organized a small dinner for immediate family only at the oldest inn in the country – Auberge Le St Gabriel.”
“We chose a photojournalistic style to capture the feeling of the day but we woke up to chillier temperatures than normal and a slight drizzle. I was so disappointed it wasn’t the bright sunny hot summer day I had envisioned! However, the pictures turned out marvellously….and the dinner ended up being one of the best nights of my life. The rain and gloom outside did not stop us from feeling cosy in the warm candle-lit Auberge, with a private room to ourselves, sipping on red wine and dancing the night away.”

“Our menu included roasted cod, organic beef or maple glazed poultry”
“With lots of red wine of course!”
.
“Quebec cheeses”
