Brides Up North Featured Supplier, Chris Milner Photography sent me this stunning engagement shoot in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Adrienne, Andrew and Chris ventured up hill and down dale to put together a gorgeous set of pictures for us to enjoy this afternoon. I can almost taste the fresh air!

Chris explains the thinking behind the shoot: Andrew moved over to Canada close to a decade ago to be with Adrienne, and chose to hold their wedding day on the Yorkshire Moors where Andrew grew up. We really lucked out with the weather on the shoot, such glorious white fluffy clouds above the heathlands of the moors below.

Adrienne and Andrew tied the knot at St Hedda’s Church in the countryside village of Egton Bridge shortly after our shoot {watch out for the photographs coming soon on the wedding blog}. During the engagement shoot, after some practice shots at the church, we then took a trip over the moors to the reception at the newly refurbished Blacksmiths Arms at Hartoft End near Cropton Forest.
