Today, I’m off to a friend’s baby shower. Gah! The next step. Not one I am sure I am quite ready to take just yet… but, little pink parcel in hand, I am looking forward to an afternoon full of girly chat, silly games, pretty pressies and yummy finger food. Congratulations Natalie!

First up, a couple of notice for Brides in the North East, for shows taking place next weekend:

The Great North Wedding show is taking place at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead next Sunday from 12pm – 4pm. I’ll be there as a guest of the show so please do pop down and say hello!

Whilst you are out and about you might also like to visit the Gibside Hotel Wedding Fayre, next Sunday from 12pm – 4pm. Every bride registered on the day will be entered into a draw to win an overnight stay.

For Yorkshire brides, the Crown Hotel in Harrogate opens it’s doors too. Brides Up North Featured Supplier Damselle Tiaras will be there so make sure to stop by their twinkling stand.
